For organisations

The mental fitness layer your wellbeing strategy is missing.

Most workplace wellbeing programmes manage stress. We clear it. Head Trash brings clinical-grade emotional clearance work to teams, leaders, and business-critical talent — with measurement built in.

Workshops and programmes for teams. 1:1 rapid intervention for leaders. One methodology, designed for the complexity, urgency, and pace of working life.

The problem

Why organisations bring us in.

Three patterns we keep seeing in the people that work with us.

Stress isn't going down despite everything you've tried.

You've done the wellbeing webinars. You've offered the meditation apps. You've trained the line managers in mental health first aid. And the absence rates haven't moved. The burnout signal hasn't dropped. The team energy still tanks at every quarter-end.

Most wellbeing approaches focus on managing the symptoms. We clear what's driving them.

Your high performers are quietly cracking.

The ones holding everything together are the ones most likely to walk into your office tomorrow and tell you they need three months off. The signs were there for a year — they just don't show up in any system you have.

We work with the people whose collapse would impact more than just themselves.

The pace of change has outrun your team's capacity.

VUCA isn't an acronym anymore — it's just Tuesday. Volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity are the operating environment. The 12-month plan is dead. Decisions get made without all the facts, on instinct, under pressure.

We build the resilience layer that lets teams operate well in the actual conditions they're working in.

Two pathways

Two pathways. Same methodology. Different commercial fit.

The work splits cleanly into two pathways. Most organisations end up using both — but they tend to start with one.

Pathway A

For teams.

Workshops, programmes, and keynotes designed for groups. Delivered by our trained team. Pricing scaled to participant numbers.

Best for HR, L&D, wellbeing programmes, leadership development, team building, and proactive resilience work.

Pathway B

For leaders.

1:1 high-touch intervention for executives, founders, and business-critical talent. Delivered directly by Alexia and the senior team. Bespoke pricing reflecting the depth of work.

Best for crisis intervention, leadership transformation, and rescue-and-recalibration of high-performing people whose collapse would impact more than themselves.

For teams

Team programmes and workshops.

Four ways to bring Head Trash into your organisation. Each designed for a different depth, time commitment, and outcome.

Workshop 3 hours 15–20 participants

Stress Reset Experience.

Best for: a practical, proven introduction to stress relief for any team.

A dynamic workshop where participants learn to identify their personal stress triggers and clear three of their biggest stressors live in the session using the Head Trash Clearance method.

People leave noticeably calmer, more in control, and confident they can keep using the technique afterwards.

Key outcomes

  • Improved stress and anxiety management
  • Enhanced emotional resilience
  • Boosted mental clarity and focus
  • Stronger workplace relationships
  • Increased self-awareness
Programme 4 weeks 15–20 participants

Stress Clear Out.

Best for: teams that want sustained stress relief, not a one-off.

Four weekly sessions that walk participants through the architecture of stress and how to clear it. Each week tackles a specific stress pattern: difficult situations, people's behaviours, internal conflicts.

Includes ongoing coach support via group messaging, access to the online learning hub, and pre/post Head Trash Assessments to measure progress.

Key outcomes

  • Sustained stress and anxiety relief
  • Emotional resilience and regulation
  • Workplace relationship improvements
  • Personal growth and mindset development
  • Measurable progress via Head Trash Assessment
Flagship programme 12 weeks 6–8 per group

Resilience Reset Experience.

Best for: building deep emotional resilience and mental fitness from the ground up.

Our most in-depth group programme. Combines group learning with 1:1 coaching support, giving participants both peer connection and personalised attention.

Over 12 weeks, team members learn and apply the Head Trash Clearance method to address their own emotional roadblocks and stress triggers. Includes the Ladder of Growth Workplace Assessment, tracked across 12 dimensions including emotional regulation, decision-making, leadership, team dynamics, and energy management.

Each participant gets a dedicated Head Trash Coach for the duration. Includes prep period, mid-programme check-ins, and final wrap-up reports.

Key outcomes

  • Deep emotional resilience and mental fitness
  • Stronger team bonds and emotional safety
  • Measurable progress across 12 workplace dimensions
  • Long-term skill in using the method independently
  • Group-level reporting for organisational insight
Keynote / Webinar 45–60 min No upper limit

Path to Emotional Resilience.

Best for: conferences, leadership offsites, all-hands events, wellbeing weeks.

Alexia delivers a structured keynote on the path to emotional resilience and the five key milestones teams pass through on the way. Each milestone has telltale signs — making it easy for the audience to identify where they are and what's keeping them stuck.

Covers stress, anxiety, and depression in plain language; what head trash is and how to recognise it; and how to move quickly toward resilience and mental fitness.

Engaging, practical, and grounded in 16+ years of clinical experience.

Key outcomes

  • Audience leaves with a framework for their own emotional state
  • Practical tools they can apply immediately
  • Strong basis for any subsequent team programme

For leaders

1:1 leader interventions.

For when collapse would impact more than the individual. Two offers — both bespoke, both led by Alexia directly.

Burnout ER Bespoke 30-day intervention 1:1 with Alexia

Burnout ER — rapid recalibration when everything's on the line.

Best for: founders, executives, and business-critical leaders in active burnout, breakdown, or emotional collapse.

This isn't recovery. This is rapid recalibration for when everything's on the line.

30 days of high-intensity 1:1 work — daily check-ins, deep recalibration sessions, smart strategic pacing. Live calibration sessions 2–4 times per week (calibrated to your capacity). Full diagnostic assessment at start and end, with weekly metrics tracking your progress.

Includes supervised solo work between sessions (curated audio tracks and rewiring scripts), on-demand messaging support, and an expert support pod where additional Head Trash practitioners may be brought in depending on the depth of work needed.

This is not therapy. Not a mindfulness app. Not executive coaching. It's deep emotional engineering — clearing the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that drove the system to collapse in the first place.

What you can expect

  • Clarity, focus, and improved cognitive function
  • Better sleep, less reactivity, nervous system stability
  • Deep release of emotional pressure, anxiety, and internal conflict
  • The ability to think, lead, and respond again
  • Restored leadership presence
  • Personalised tools for long-term regulation
The Leadership OS Bespoke sustained programme 1:1 with Alexia

The Leadership OS — for leaders ready to operate at a higher baseline.

Best for: senior leaders, founders, and executives who want to operate at a higher baseline — not in recovery, but in upgrade.

The work that takes leaders from functional to extraordinary. Not crisis intervention — performance architecture.

Bespoke 1:1 programme designed for executives whose internal ceiling is showing up in their organisation. The work clears the operating system rather than managing the surface — addressing the patterns, conflicts, and emotional charge driving overthinking, decision fatigue, conflict avoidance, and the quiet self-sabotage that keeps capable leaders below their own ceiling.

Includes diagnostic assessment, sustained 1:1 sessions with Alexia, ongoing measurement via the Ladder of Growth, and bespoke materials throughout.

What you can expect

  • Cleaner decision-making under pressure
  • Reduced reactivity in high-stakes situations
  • Greater capacity for ambiguity and complexity
  • Sharper intuition and pattern recognition
  • Sustainable performance without leaking energy
  • Measurable shifts in your leadership baseline

Measurement

Measurement that proves the work is working.

Most workplace wellbeing programmes can't tell you whether they worked. Engagement scores. Survey responses. Vague "people seem happier" feedback.

Every Head Trash programme includes structured measurement.

For teams.

The Ladder of Growth Workplace Assessment tracks individual and group-level progress across 12 dimensions: emotional regulation, leadership, mental clarity, team dynamics, stress response, decision-making, visibility, workload management, creative thinking, self-advocacy, energy, and purpose.

Individual results stay private. Group-level summaries shared with team leaders show:

  • Where the team started
  • Where the team ended
  • What shifted (and what didn't)
  • Where to focus next

For leaders.

Burnout ER and the Leadership OS both include weekly assessments tracking the specific dimensions relevant to your situation.

Recovery isn't measured by how you feel — it's measured against the baseline you started with.

This matters because the difference between "I think the executive seems better" and "here's the data showing the executive's emotional regulation moved from 30% to 78% over 30 days" is the difference between hope and verification. You don't have to take anyone's word for it.

Trained Head Trash Coaches

Group programme delivery

Europe & North America

Group programmes are delivered by certified Head Trash Coaches — trained directly in the method by Alexia. Coaches are based across Europe and North America, with experience spanning corporate wellbeing, leadership development, therapeutic practice, and coaching.

We match coaches to engagements based on industry context, language, and time-zone fit.

The method

Why Head Trash works where other approaches plateau.

Most workplace wellbeing approaches work on the surface. Stress management techniques. Mindfulness. Time management. Communication training. Resilience workshops with bullet points and worksheets.

These aren't wrong. They're just incomplete.

Head Trash works at the layer underneath — the emotional charge driving the patterns. We don't teach people to cope with stress. We clear the internal conflicts that cause stress to feel as bad as it does.

This is the same methodology used in our self-healing offers (the Clearance Club, the wound healing programmes, the books). For organisational work, we deliver it in formats designed for the operational realities of working life: time-bounded, group-friendly, measurable, ROI-justifiable.

How it works

How an engagement works.

Discovery conversation.

We start with a no-obligation conversation. You tell us what's going on, what you're trying to solve, and what success looks like. We tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, what we'd recommend, and what a fair next step looks like.

Proposal.

For team programmes: we send you a tailored proposal with format, group size, pricing, and timeline.

For 1:1 leader work: we map the engagement based on the leader's situation, with a clear scope and pricing.

Onboarding.

Pre-programme prep period (1–2 weeks for group programmes), with assessments, introductions, and logistics setup.

Delivery.

The work happens. We stay close throughout — your designated lead is your single point of contact for the entire engagement.

Reporting and continuation.

Post-programme reports for organisational engagements. Recommendations for what to do next. Optional ongoing support for teams that want to maintain the work.

Practical

Practical questions.

Where are we based?

The team spans Luxembourg, France, the UK, and North America. Most work is delivered remotely via Zoom (or your preferred platform). In-person delivery available for keynotes and select engagements — travel costs added.

What languages?

English primarily. Alexia delivers in English and French. Leah is trilingual — French, Spanish, and English. Other team members and Head Trash Coaches cover additional languages — flag your language requirements in the discovery conversation.

How do you handle confidentiality?

All client work is confidential. For organisational engagements, individual participant data stays private; only group-level aggregate reporting is shared with leadership. GDPR-compliant.

Are practitioners insured and accredited?

Yes. All Head Trash Coaches hold professional indemnity insurance and follow our Code of Practice. Clinical lead Leah King is a licensed psychotherapist.

Do you offer ongoing retainer arrangements?

For organisations that want sustained support beyond a single programme, retainer arrangements can be structured. Discuss in the discovery conversation.

What about international engagements?

We work globally. Time-zone matching handled at the team-coach allocation stage.
