The Programmes

Self-paced.
Structured.
Deep.

Four programmes for the work that talk therapy and surface clearance don't reach. Absolute Healing — without the 1:1 commitment.

Pick the one that matches what's actually running.

Why these exist

Wound healing — without the £4,750 1:1 price tag.

The deepest work I do is Absolute Healing — the layered process that goes underneath childhood, ancestral, and in-utero material to clear what's actually running you.

I do it 1:1 with clients. It's the most powerful work in my toolkit. It also costs between £4,750 and £7,777 across three to four months.

Most people don't need that level of investment to start. What they need is access to the same wound-clearing work — structured, contextualised, paced for self-led use, contained safely so the material doesn't surface what you're not ready for.

That's what these programmes do.

Each one is a structured wound-healing programme — not a self-help course, not a therapy alternative, not breathwork or mindset work. Wound healing audio sessions, wound information, healing journals, video masterclasses, and community support — all delivered in a format you can work through at your own pace.

This is therapeutic-grade material, designed to replicate the depth of my 1:1 work and made accessible for self-led healing.

How they fit together

Pick the one that matches what's actually running.

Not sure where to start? Each programme targets a different layer. Most people start with one and add others as they go.

Anxiety Includes the book

Clear anxiety at the root.

Best for: anyone whose primary presenting problem is anxiety.

A structured system that targets the six core emotional drivers underneath chronic anxiety — and clears them. Includes a physical copy of the book Clear Your Anxiety For Good, three personal anxiety assessments to track your progress, 15+ healing tracks across pattern-clearing and deep wound healing, and access to the Head Trash Healing Community.

The entry point for people who came here looking for anxiety work — and want a system that goes deeper than coping strategies.

Childhood wounds Most popular

The patterns you can't shake started before you had words for them.

Best for: anyone who can trace their patterns back to childhood and wants to clear the architecture, not relive the story.

Ten universal childhood wounds — abandonment, rejection, neglect, trust, betrayal, scarcity, loss, humiliation, guilt, injustice — cleared at the level where they actually live. Includes 10 deep wound healing audio sessions, 111 supporting healings (over two years of material if you work weekly), wound information PDFs, video masterclasses, healing journals, and community support.

This is structural change. Not a new story about yourself. A different nervous system baseline.

Glass child Niche

Were you the child who learned to disappear?

Best for: adults who grew up with a disabled, chronically ill, or high-needs sibling and learned to be the easy one, the strong one, the one who didn't need much.

Glass children don't lack love — they lack loving attention. The wounds that form aren't from what was done to you, but from what couldn't be given when family capacity was elsewhere. Six core wound clusters covering invisibility, needs suppression, identity damage, premature responsibility, unmourned grief, and suppressed anger. 26 wound healing sessions across six modules.

This isn't about blame. It's about healing what was never tended to.

Single kits Lowest commitment

Single-wound healing kits.

Best for: anyone who wants to clear one specific wound at a time.

Twelve individual wound healing activations — one for each universal wound. Each kit includes a healing journal, an introductory video, a wound information PDF, and a 25–30 minute healing activation audio (equivalent to a private session).

Use them on their own — or as a way to test the work before committing to one of the longer programmes.

What to expect

This is therapeutic-grade work — not a course.

These programmes use the Absolute Healing Process — a structured, layered approach designed to work directly with the wound architecture beneath the story. Not by retelling what happened. Not by reliving the pain. By targeting the emotional imprint at the level where it actually lives.

That's why you might have understood your patterns for years and still react from them. Why insight doesn't always make it stop. Why knowing where something came from doesn't always change how it lands.

Wounds aren't stored in language. They're stored deeper — in the nervous system, the body, layers of emotional charge that formed before you had words.

These programmes work at that level.

What's different

Three things most healing programmes don't do.

Structured for safety.

You're working with deep material. The programmes are paced and sequenced so the work surfaces what you're ready to clear, not what you're not. No raw access to powerful material without the context to hold it.

Designed for self-led use.

The audio sessions are structured the same way I structure 1:1 sessions — but built for you to work through on your own time, at your own pace, revisiting whenever you need.

Real community support.

You're not doing this alone. Each programme includes access to the Head Trash Healing Community where you can ask questions, share what's shifting, and be supported by Head Trash professionals and others doing the same work.

What becomes possible

When wounds are cleared — not managed, cleared — a few things tend to happen.

Relationships get easier. Not because the people in your life change, but because your nervous system stops reading ordinary situations as threats.

The hypervigilance softens. The people-pleasing loses its grip. You stop abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable.

The patterns that felt like personality start to feel like old furniture. Heavy. Out of place. Something you can finally put down.

The emotional charge that used to attach itself to certain situations starts to reduce. Things that used to send you spiralling become manageable. Then boring. Then gone.

This is structural change. Not a new story about yourself. A different nervous system baseline.

FAQ

Questions before you commit.

How is this different from therapy?

These programmes aren't therapy and aren't a replacement for clinical mental health support. They're structured self-led healing using the Absolute Healing Process — wound work at the root, not surface coping. Many of my clients work alongside therapy because we're handling different layers.

Will I have to relive painful memories?

No. The Absolute Healing Process works with the emotional imprint beneath the story — not by repeatedly retelling it. Memories may surface as part of releasing, and emotion may come up — that's normal, and the programmes are paced to support you through it. Most people report feeling lighter once that release happens.

How long do these programmes take?

Each is self-paced. Childhood Wounds contains over two years of material if you work weekly. Anxiety Healing System and Glass Child can be worked through faster or slower depending on what's coming up. You have lifetime access — there's no pressure to rush.

Do I need to have done Head Trash work before?

No. The programmes are designed to be accessible whether you're new to this work or have been doing it for years.

Can I do more than one programme at the same time?

Possible but not recommended for most people. Each programme is deep work — better to focus on one until you've worked through it, then add another. Bundle options for combining programmes are available — ask in the fit conversation if you're considering it.

What if I'm in crisis?

These programmes aren't designed for acute mental health crisis. If you're experiencing severe distress, please seek professional support first.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — payment plans available on the £495 and £695 programmes. Details on each programme page.

Ready to do the work?

Each programme above has its own page with full details, what's included, and the buy link. Or — if you want help figuring out which one is right — take the Head Trash Quiz and follow the recommendations from there.
