Methodology

How the method
actually works.

The mechanics underneath Head Trash Clearance and Absolute Healing — why the method works when insight-based approaches plateau, and the small moves that make the difference.

The reframe

Most of the writing about change stops at what it feels like. This is about what's actually being done.

Therapy gives you understanding. Mindfulness gives you regulation. Coaching gives you accountability. All real jobs. If what you need is for the thing itself to change, that's a fourth job, and it's the one we do.

Head Trash Clearance does. Absolute Healing goes deeper still. The articles in this section are the mechanical explanations — what the method does, why it does it, and the small operational moves (like neutrality, Jenga moments) that determine whether a session shifts something or doesn't.

If you want to know whether the method will work for you, read these.

If you're a practitioner thinking about integrating HTC, or a self-healer wanting to understand what you're actually doing in the Club or programmes, this is the technical layer.

From theory to practice

Reading about the method isn't the same as doing it.

The easiest place to feel the method working on your own stuff is the Clearance Club — guided audio clearances, monthly themed work, £49/month. Or browse the programmes for a specific focus.
